  • Come as you are and leave feeling a bit more chill, walk a taller, breathe a little deeper.

    These classes are designed to help you gently access points of tension in the body and mind, giving them some TLC through slow intentional movement and breath.

  • Just yourself in whatever packaging you come in. We have mats and props, but feel free to BYO if you have your own.

  • No dramas, life happens, but please let us know within 6hrs of your booking if you’re cancelling to receive a refund. 6hrs or less notice we’ll issue you with a credit note for a future class booking. No show, no notice, sorry, no enchiladas.
